Equal Futures | EDI Conversations & Networking is all about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace! Expect inspiring discussions, practical insights, and opportunities to network with others passionate about equality and belonging.

This session’s theme — Microaggressions: Recognising, Responding and Reframing — explores how subtle behaviours can have a big impact on inclusion, and how we can all take practical steps to become better allies in the workplace.
